OUR STORY
Welcome to K.I.S.S. Bakery! My story is a simple one: I bring dessert back to what it once was- a simple, yet delicious, homemade treat.
Everything is made from real ingredients and portioned to satisfy the sweet tooth without overdoing it, all while being reasonably priced. Most of my recipes are ones that have been passed down from my grandmothers or my mother and are what I grew up on. I have, of course, added a few of my own twists; but just as the recipes of old, all are made from scratch.
My kitchen is open and designed to let you watch as I whirl up your next favorite treat, so stop by today and try something delicious! Perhaps you’ll become my next regular customer!
THE INGREDIENTS
Because we bake not just from scratch but also from what is in season, we can't always appease your craving for strawberry pie or other seasonal treats year round.
Aside from that one caviot, though, come over and taste the difference for yourself how freshly hand-picked blueberries can transform blueberry muffins or our lemon blueberry brownies.
Do you have allergies or special dietary restrictions? Talk to the Liz. She knows what is in each treat and she might be able to accommodate your needs.
We are also working on Gluten-Free treats! More GF products are to come as we receive feedback on what you, our customers, like and are looking for. So if there's something particular you've been craving but can only have in GF form, tell the baker!
However, we do NOT encourage those with celiac disease to consume these treats, as cross contamination is always a possibility in a facility that makes both gluten and gluten-free items.
